Voice Changer
The Voice Changer lets you apply 6 ready-made voice effects to any audio clip: deep voice, high-pitched helium voice, robot voice, echo, telephone-call sound, and old-radio sound. Unlike the pitch changer, which only adjusts pitch, this tool offers a curated set of composite effects with one click. All processing happens in your browser via the FFmpeg.wasm engine — no audio is ever uploaded to a server.
Your audio file is processed on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

What this tool does
Applies ready-made voice effects to a recording: deep, helium, robot, echo, telephone or radio.
When to use it

- Disguising a contributor's voice in a recording.
- Adding a telephone or radio character to an audio scene.
- Trying effects on a recording before committing to one.
How to use it
- Put an audio file on the drop area or choose it.
- Pick the effect from the list.
- Click apply, then download the file.
A practical example
Input
An ordinary speech recording with the telephone effect selected.
Output
The same recording sounding as though heard through a phone earpiece, with a narrowed frequency range.
Limitations
- The effects are fixed presets with no detailed parameter control.
- Disguising a voice this way is not a security guarantee; some vocal characteristics may remain analysable.
- Combining more than one effect in a single pass is not offered.
Privacy and processing
Processing happens inside your browser and the recording is never uploaded.
Technical notes
- Each effect is built only from filters present in every standard FFmpeg build, deliberately avoiding exotic filters a slim browser build might not include — so the result always works rather than sometimes failing.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Pitch Changer gives you fine-grained control over pitch alone, while the Voice Changer offers ready-made composite effects (like echo and telephone-band filtering) that pitch adjustment alone can't achieve.
