What this tool does
Collects several images into a single PDF, one image per page, in the order you arrange them. Each image is embedded in its page without being recompressed, and you can choose the page orientation or make each page exactly the size of its image.
When to use it
- You photographed a paper document with your phone and need to submit it as one PDF.
- Somewhere only accepts PDF attachments and will not take images.
- You want receipts or certificates collected into one tidy document.
How to use it
- Drag your images onto the drop area or choose them; JPG, PNG and WebP are accepted and anything else is ignored with a notice.
- Use the move up and move down controls until the order matches the page order you want.
- Choose the page orientation (portrait or landscape), or the fit-to-image-size option if you do not want white margins.
- Create the file; the PDF is built and downloaded automatically.
A practical example
Input
Five JPG photos of contract pages taken on a phone, ordered first to last.
Output
A five-page PDF with one photo per page, in that order.
Limitations
- Only JPG, PNG and WebP are supported; formats like HEIC need converting first with the HEIC to JPG tool.
- No deskewing or automatic edge-cropping is applied — each image goes in exactly as it is.
- High-resolution photos produce a large PDF, because they are embedded without recompression.
- Each image takes a full page; several images cannot share one page.
Privacy and processing
The PDF is built inside your browser, and your images are never uploaded at any point.
Technical notes
- The document is assembled with pdf-lib, and each image is embedded with its original data rather than re-encoded.
- The fit-to-image option sets each page's dimensions to its image's dimensions, so no white margin appears around it.
