What this tool does
Converts an .xlsx, .xls or .csv spreadsheet to PDF. The workbook is parsed and each sheet is turned into a real HTML table, which is then rendered into paginated PDF.
When to use it
- You are sending a tabular report to someone without spreadsheet software.
- You want the table's appearance fixed so column widths cannot shift on the recipient's machine.
- You need a printable or archival copy of a data workbook.
How to use it
- Put the spreadsheet on the drop area or choose it.
- Run the conversion.
- Download the resulting PDF.
A practical example
Input
An .xlsx workbook with a sales sheet of 4 columns and 60 rows.
Output
A PDF showing the whole table, flowing across as many pages as it needs.
Limitations
- What is converted is cell values and table structure; formulas appear as their results, and charts and embedded images in the workbook are not carried over.
- Advanced formatting such as conditional formatting, frozen panes and some border styles may not match the spreadsheet application.
- Very wide tables can be cut off or scaled down to fit the page width.

The conversion happens entirely inside your browser; neither the workbook nor its data is uploaded.
Technical notes
- The workbook is parsed with SheetJS, the same library behind this site's Excel-to-CSV and Excel-to-JSON tools.
- Each sheet becomes an HTML table and is rendered through jsPDF using the browser's engine.
