Scan Document to PDF
Take a photo of a document with your phone's camera (or upload an existing one), then manually adjust the page's four corners to automatically correct its perspective — as if you'd used a real scanner. Add multiple pages and combine them all into one PDF, entirely in your browser with nothing ever uploaded to a server.
Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to a server.
Take or upload a photo of a document, then adjust the four corners to match the page's edges — we'll correct the perspective automatically and combine every page into one PDF.

What this tool does
Turns a photo of a document into a flat PDF page. You mark the sheet's four corners in the photo, and the angle it was shot at is corrected so the page is extracted on its own, as though it had been scanned.
When to use it
- You photographed a document with your phone and it came out skewed with the desk visible around it.
- You have no scanner and need a tidy copy of a sheet of paper.
- You want to turn paper receipts or contracts into neat files.
How to use it
- Put the document photo on the drop area or choose it.
- Drag the four handles onto the sheet's corners in the photo; they start slightly inside the frame so there is less dragging to do.
- Apply the correction and review the result.
- Download the resulting PDF.
A practical example
Input
A phone photo of an A4 sheet on a desk, shot at an angle so the paper appears as a trapezoid.
Output
A PDF page containing the sheet alone, flat and rectangular, with no desk background and no skew.
Limitations
- Corner selection is manual; there is no automatic edge detection.
- Output quality is bounded by the original photo: a blurry or poorly lit image stays blurry or poorly lit after correction.
- One image is handled at a time; to combine several into one file, use the Images to PDF tool.
- The text in the result is an image, not searchable text; to make it searchable, use an OCR tool.
Privacy and processing
The image is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded.
Technical notes
- The correction is a genuine perspective transform that resamples the pixels, not merely a crop or rotation.
- Sizing assumes 96 dots per inch, the same assumption as the Images to PDF tool, so a scanned page and an images-to-PDF page come out at a consistent physical size for the same pixel dimensions.
